Ingredients
16 oz (453 g) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (118 g) keto vanilla yogurt alternative
1/2 cup (53 g) powdered sweetener
Instructions
1. Grease a 6 inch springform pan and line with parchment.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
3. Add yogurt and sweetener; beat until smooth.
4. Spread into pan and smooth the top.
5. Chill in fridge for 4–6 hours or freeze for 1 hour.
6. Slice and serve chilled. Garnish if desired.
Notes
Use block-style cream cheese only.
For firmer texture, freeze before refrigerating.
